Great Blue Heron Pair on Nest 146

The Great Blue Heron is a large wading bird that is very common in areas of open water and wetlands. Every winter large groups of Great Blue Herons gather in the tree tops at the Rich Grissom Memorial Wetlands in Viera, Florida to mate and raise there young. This pair of herons is actually engaged in a fight for the tree top spot.
