Mammoth Hot Springs-106.jpg

Mammoth Hot Springs lies in the Northwest Corner of Yellowstone National Park and contains over 50 hot springs. The area is different than other Yellowstone locations due to the limestone in the area that has been transformed into amazing formations and colors from carbon dioxide and heat beneath the earth's surface. The area has two boardwalks taking visitors up close to the limestone terraces.
