Bison in Lamar Valley 25

Bison flock to Lamar Valley during summer in Yellowstone National Park. Miles and miles of fields are covered with bison herds roaming through the Valley. Many herds have many bison calves called red dogs that are hunted by nearby wolves with the lucky ones being well protected by the herd. Lamar Valley is in the Northeast corner of the park and known for it's wildlife viewing.
